The best thing about the mass intention program is that it works. If you follow it to the letter, you will get bigger and stronger without a doubt.  Aside from that there are a few other things that I think make this a good workout routine.

 The video portion of the program is just incredible. It's just like having a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost. Ben has so many different exercises to keep things fresh and interesting that you're bound to be unfamiliar with at least a few of them. But with the extensive video library you're able to know exactly what he's referring to, and even more important exactly how to do it.

I also like the variety. Unlike a typical workout where you repeat the same workouts from week to week only changing the sets and reps, MI40 has plenty of variety. As you go through the program you have 40 different workouts making each one new and unique.


Conclusion

Ben has used this workout himself and continues to do so as he prepares for upcoming competitions.  If you have been struggling to put on weight and build muscle this program definitely has the potential to double your gains in half the time like it says.  But if you're someone who makes steady and regular gains, don't expect the same results. You'll definitely add more muscle, and do so quickly, there's no question about that. But you won't get twice as big in half the time.

I do think it's worth taking a look at, and will be excellent to have on hand for when you do run into a plateau or your muscle building stalls.

With the mass intention technique you are able to target stubborn muscles to really hit them and make them grow.  Like I mentioned before when you're working your back it's hard to visualize what you're doing, and other muscles like your biceps often want to jump in and help.
